CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Swoon Learning, we understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent Cancellation & Refund Policy for our academic coaching services. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Cancellation: If any academic coaching session is canceled less than 48 hours prior to starting, a $50 penalty applies. If an academic coaching package is canceled within three days after the first coaching session, we'll refund the full amount without any questions. 

  2. Refunds: If a cancellation occurs after the initial academic coaching session, a prorated refund will be provided based on the remaining unused coaching sessions in the purchased package. The refund will be calculated from the date of cancellation request.

  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the payment account, depending on payment method.

  4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to the unused coaching sessions in each package. Any coaching sessions that have already been conducted will not be eligible for a refund.

  5. No Obligation: There is no long-term commitment, and a cancellation of any session, or academic coaching package at any time. We believe in providing flexibility to our student-athletes and their families.
